With our own children and after feedback from other customers, we have found that the motor skills are not developed to the extent that the children can combine the road parts themselves "without frustration". That's why we recommend that children aged 3-4 years accompany playing and building with the Waytoplay roads in order to avoid being overwhelmed at first and to direct the completely normal, age-appropriate moments of frustration into a positive sense of achievement. This is when the full potential of this valuable play concept can unfold: children begin to independently lay roads for play worlds that spring from their imagination (creativity and imagination), and combine the parts in different ways (motor skills and patience).

Washable? Yes! Waytoplay's play streets are made of durable PVC/rubber, which makes them interesting for educational institutions under special hygiene requirements - because: they are washable! Simply wash under clear water with a brush or sponge and wipe off. Please do not put in the dishwasher.
Correct sorting: make sure to sort the streets stacked on top of each other, because the streets are made of flexible rubber. What is otherwise a huge advantage of the product can unfortunately also lead to short-term frustration with your children when the rubber parts - carelessly put away - bend on the puzzle sides and then stand up when assembled. Should it happen, simply stack the parts neatly one on top of the other and after a little time it'll fit again.
